Questions

How do I place an order?

We currently accept orders exclusively via WhatsApp. Navigate to the t-shirt you like and click “Order via WhatsApp” if you’re purchasing a single item. For multiple items, add them to your cart, go to the cart page, and select “Order via WhatsApp.” A pre-filled message with your order details will be generated—simply send it. Your order will be confirmed promptly.

How long does delivery take?

We ship using reliable delivery partners such as India Post and Delhivery. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking ID. Delivery typically takes 3–7 days across India, and 1–2 days within Pune. For updates, you can also contact us directly on WhatsApp at 8605200705.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, in the rare case that a damaged product is delivered and verified by our team, we provide compensation in the form of discounts or offers on future purchases.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, net banking, credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and cheques. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within Pune. Please note that additional charges may apply for credit or debit card payments.

What is the process for custom t-shirt orders?

The process is simple. Share your design idea, reference image, or your own design with us. Let us know your preferred material—we can provide a sample pack if required (shipping charges apply outside Pune). Confirm your size, quantity, and other details, then choose your preferred print type (DTF or sublimation, jersey-style). Your custom t-shirt will be delivered within 3–7 days across India and 1–2 days within Pune.

It started with a simple frustration: good-looking basics that felt terrible to wear, or ones that felt great but looked terrible. We decided to fix that. We source certified cotton, work with skilled craftspeople, and obsess over the details most brands overlook — stitching, collar shape, weight, fit.

Today we ship across India, take custom orders on WhatsApp, and still reply to every message ourselves. That part isn't changing.
